  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between VisaWorld (referred to as “the Company”) and its clients (referred to as “the Client”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Engagement of Services

The engagement of services begins upon payment or acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, either in writing or through online acceptance (e.g., clicking “Accept” on our website).

The service period concludes when the agreed-upon services have been delivered, such as visa consultation, application processing, or travel arrangements.

2. Scope of Services

VisaWorld provides immigration consultancy, visa application assistance, travel packages, and related services.

The Company’s role is limited to advising and assisting based on the information and documents provided by the Client. The Company is not responsible for decisions made by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents required for the service.
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation within specified deadlines.
  • Disclose any prior legal issues, including criminal records or visa refusals, which may impact the application process.
  • Notify VisaWorld of any changes in contact details (email, phone number, address) within seven days of such changes.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fees cover the Company’s services but do not include third-party charges such as embassy fees, translation costs, or government taxes.

Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Document Accuracy and Authenticity

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted documents are original and accurate. Submission of fraudulent or false documents will result in immediate termination of services without a refund, and the Client will bear any legal consequences arising from such actions.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once the service has commenced or if the application is rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

In cases where a refund is applicable (e.g., cancellation before service commencement), it will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

7. Service Limitations

VisaWorld cannot guarantee visa approval as decisions are solely at the discretion of embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as government processing times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), or incomplete documentation from the Client.

8. Confidentiality

VisaWorld ensures that all personal information provided by the Client will be handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon services.

9. Termination of Services

VisaWorld reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or provides false information/documents.

Termination due to non-compliance will not entitle the Client to a refund.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Amendments

VisaWorld reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this document periodically for updates.
